Article Processing Charge

To ensure equity and encourage global participation in scientific publishing, the Journal of Animal Science and Applied Biology has introduced a new fee structure based on the Gross National Income (GNI) of the corresponding author’s country.

This initiative aims to ensure that researchers from all regions can publish their work without financial barriers while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our publication process.

Manuscript withdrawal Charges

Authors are strongly encouraged to meticulously review their submissions prior to finalizing them.  If authors want to withdraw their submitted manuscript, they may do so before the editorial board decides (6 days after submission) to send it to external peer reviewers.

If the manuscript has already been sent to external peer reviewers, the corresponding author will pay the exact amount of fees request for publishing. The editor-in-chief will then issue a formal letter withdrawing the manuscript. A manuscript can be withdrawal only after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the Journal Editorial Office.

If the author desires to withdraw or submit a manuscript that has been withdrawn from a journal, the author must submit a "Article withdrawal form" signed by all authors, detailing the reason for withdrawal. The withdrawal form is available from our editorial office.

NB: Manuscripts rejected after the editorial board decision or during the peer review process are not considered as withdrawals.
